Who can partner with us?
The following criteria must be met by each organization to be eligible as a partner of the BAOHT:- Deliver health care and/or social services within Barrie, Springwater, Oro-Medonte or Innisfil
- Share the vision of the BAOHT and be committed to its guiding principles
- Align with one of the membership groups as described in the Ontario Health’s Path Forward document

Submit a Partnership Expression of Interest Form. Your application will be reviewed by the BAOHT Executive Planning Committee (EPC). After that, a member of the Operations Team will follow up with you to discuss next steps.
